There is no cost to you. University of Ottawa employees and their immediate family members are entitled to a total of seven (7) sessions per family per calendar year. If you need more specialized or longer-term support, you and your counsellor will select an appropriate professional or community service that can provide assistance. While fees for these additional services are your responsibility, many may be covered by your provincial health plan or the University's extended health care benefit.
